Management
Community & Brand Management
Without someone or even an AI system managing and moderating you or your brand's social media accounts, it can turn ugly, spammy, or out of proportionate - very quickly.
The best way to approach community management is to have an already made CM checklist so that when a comment or direct message occurs, you already have a response set to deliver.
From responding negatively to comments, to making sure to check all hidden requested messages, community management is something that I have been doing for my own and other brands' social accounts for over 5 years.
When it comes to influencer management, the main goal is to have your client in front of their own niched audience to see, exponentially increasing their popularity with every campaign they create. Throughout my years of working closely with brands, reaching out to them, and actually getting responses back from them to create partnerships, my skills have become an asset to every brand/influencer I've worked with.
Some of these include:

Influencer Consulting, Relations, & Management
Alyssa Ustby - North Carolina Women's Basketball

After being featured on episode 36 of the Athlete POV podcast, I consulted Alyssa with tips to create more engaging content, and grow her personal social media following on Instagram and Tiktok. Additionally, I created a website, developed merchandise designs, website graphics, and logos for her personal brand.
Filip Gkogkkos - Miami Men's Basketball, @filip.hoops, Co-founder of Global Recruits

While recording an episode for the Athlete POV podcast, Filip, who is from Athens, Greece, expressed interest in starting his own personal coaching and brand, Global Recruits. We sat down for a call to discuss content pillars, content posting frequencies, logo designs, and strategy with the goal to drive traffic to gain clients. In March of 2023, Filip invited me to come see his first-round March Madness tournament game vs Drake College, where he won 63-56 before advancing all the way to the final four.
Kamaria McDaniel - Michigan State Women's Basketball,
Founder of Thoughts Worldwide

After appearing as a guest on my Athlete POV podcast, Kamaria and I stayed in touch. We met through calls to discuss future plans for her intended personal brand, Thoughts Worldwide. We developed content formats, a content schedule, daily social engagement task lists, and daily interactable content ideas for Instagram and Twitter.
